CNN’s Don Lemon Ends Segment Walks Off After Guest Accuses Him Of Spreading ‘Fake News’

CNN’s Don Lemon decided to run a segment on the cost of protecting the First Family. The panel discussed the cost of protecting Trump’s family, but one guest wasn’t having it.  The exchange went something like this:

Don Lemon: “Paris, what do you think?”
Paris Dennard: “I think this is fake news. This is not…this is not a news story.”
Don Lemon: “What about it is fake, Paris? Are we going down this road again?”
Paris Dennard: “Yeah we are! The President is not breaking any laws.”
Don Lemon: “…Please stop with that stupid talking point that this is a fake news story!…”
Paris Dennard: “Don this is a fake news story in my opinion….”

Don Lemon tried to explain the true definition of “fake news” and said he can’t think of one mainstream news outlet that has intentionally published stories to mislead the American people. Hilarious, I know. That’s a real knee-slapper. Lemon should be a comedian.

Ultimately, he couldn’t bear to hear the term “fake news” one more time, abruptly ended the segment and walked off. What a joke! You earned the title “Fake News” so, suck it up Buttercup.
