Because of his association with Diddy, Ashton Kutcher is reportedly anticipating a subpoena. Diddy currently faces numerous lawsuits and a federal sex trafficking probe.
Only a few months after he and his wife Mila Kunis came under intense public criticism for their public support of convicted rapist Danny Masterson during his high-profile trial, it appears that the 46-year-old is getting ready to be hauled into court.
Federal officials raided Diddy’s houses in Miami and Los Angeles on March 25 as part of an investigation into sex trafficking. Diddy maintained his innocence and characterized the conduct of the agents as a “gross overuse of military-level force.” He has not been formally charged with any crime by federal authorities.
“There is no way in hell Ashton or Mila will be showing any sort of public support for Diddy right now,” a source told Daily Mail. “Regardless of Ashton’s long history with him, he has distanced himself from Diddy since Cassie’s lawsuit, and even more so in the wake of the new ones.”
Diddy and Kutcher’s friendship flourished in the mid-2000s, as seen by projects like “Punk’d” and “Making the Band,” which showed off their friendship.
During his 2019 appearance on the YouTube series Hot Ones, Kutcher said of his time with Diddy, “I’ve got a lot I can’t tell,” “I can’t tell that one either.”
“It started over Punk’d cause he’s like, ‘Yo, you can’t punk me.’ I was like, ‘I don’t know what to tell you, everybody’s on the table.’ So, that started our conversation.”
After their son Justin and his brother Christian were handcuffed during a widely reported property raid on Combs’s home late last month, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton is speaking out.
The Homeland Security agents who carried out the raid were criticized by Hylton, 51, for using “overzealous and overtly militarized force.” Hylton shared security video footage of the raid on Instagram on Tuesday.
“The over zealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!”
Hylton continued, “Enough is Enough! Did Justin need several laser beams from firearms pointed at his chest?? Did Christian need a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed??”
“How many times have we seen young UNARMED BLACK MEN not make it out of these types of situations alive??”

She concluded, “I have retained Attorney Jeffrey Lichtman to represent my son and he is investigating the excessive use of force which was unnecessary and certainly not required by this search warrant.”
