Sweet and tangy with just a little kick! Meatballs are great for any occasion, but for us, this is a game day favorite. Store-bought fresh meatballs loaded with lots of flavors and so easy to make.
3 packages of Spicy Sicilian Italian Style Meatballs (adjust the amount per the number of people you will be serving)
2 tbsp Barbecue sauce
24oz Chili sauce
1 1/2 cup Grape jelly
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 Pinch red pepper flakes (more or less depending on the level of spice you like)
1 tsp cornstarch mix with 1 tbsp cold water
Adjust ingredient measurements depending on how many meatballs you are cooking.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Cook meatballs per the package directions. I cook them on 375 for about 25 minutes.
Add all of the other ingredients together except cornstarch in a crockpot. Mix cornstarch with water until cornstarch is dissolved then add to the sauce mixture. Add cooked meatballs to crockpot on low for about 2 to 3 hours until sauce is thickened. Then keep on warm.
