Supermodel, Gisele Bündchen, was pulled over by police on Wednesday while she was in Surfside, Florida. She was not given a ticket she appears to be given a warning.
During the stop, Bündchen breaks down in tears.
“I was just trying to stay [away] from that guy,” Bündchen tells the officer, referring to a paparazzi who appeared to be following her.
“Nothing protects me. I can’t do nothing,” an emotional Bündchen says. “I just want to live my life!”
The officer explains that he cannot prevent the paparazzi from “I can’t prevent them from doing their job, which is to take pictures.”

Days later after Gisele Bündchen broke down in tears during the traffic stop over a suspected paparazzi stalker, the mayor of Surfside, Florida, expressed his support for the model and urged law enforcement to be more empathetic.
“I was dismayed yesterday to watch a video interaction of one of our residents speaking to one of our police officers. As one watches the video, it becomes clear very early that the resident is upset and frightened,” Mayor Charles Burkett said in a letter addressed to Interim Chief Henry Doce. (Local 10 News) “The frightened resident tells the Surfside officer that she is being stalked and just wants to live her life.”
