Baked Pecan Praline French Toast 1

Ingredients

FRENCH TOAST

1 challah loaf (or loaf of French bread)
6 eggs
1 cup milk (I used fat-free)
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbs brown sugar

 

TOPPING

3/4 cup pecans
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbs unsalted butter
