Tori Spelling has officially moved toward ending her marriage to actor-producer Dean McDermott.
Spelling filed for divorce from McDermott, citing irreconcilable differences, with their separation date set for June 17, 2023, according to the petitioner’s documents.
The documents reveal that Spelling is requesting spousal support.
The couple, who married in 2006, have five children together, but Spelling has not publicly commented on their separation or filing for divorce.
The actress and her estranged husband were seen in dramatic photo’s and videos at a storage unit to go through some items.
In June, McDermott announced the couple’s split on an Instagram post that has since been deleted.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” Mcdermott stated.
