Ingredients
Crust
- 8 oz. Graham Crackers, 1 pack inside of the box
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling
- 1¼ cups (8¾ oz.) sugar
- 1½ pounds (3 8-oz. packages) cream cheese, cut into chunks, at room temperature
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup heavy cream
Red Velvet Cake
- 2½ cups pastry flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 bottle red food colouring, 2 oz.
- ½ cup oil, coconut, canola or vegetable
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
