Jimmy Dean’s Bacon Lovers Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

Jimmy Dean’s Bacon Lover’s sausage (I used 1 but if your cooking for more than 4 I would use 2)

6 eggs (more if you’re cooking for more than 4)

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 can Biscuits cut in half (I only used 5 biscuits)

2 tablespoons of butter (Optional)

Shredded cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 350 and spray a baking pan with non stick spray

Mix eggs, heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper

Brown the Jimmy Dean’s Bacon Lovers sausage, place biscuits in bottom of baking pan, add pieces of butter on top of biscuits, add cooked sausage, add egg mixture. Cook in oven on 350 for about 30 to 40 minutes until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown. Take out of oven top with cheese and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
