Corn Pudding

Ingredients

•4 cups Pictsweet Cut Corn
•2 cups Pictsweet Yellow Cream Corn
•1 cup sour cream (I forgot sour cream from the grocery store so I attempted the recipe without it and it was still delicious)
•1/2 cup melted butter (I only used a tablespoon of melted butter)
•1 pkg. (6 oz.) yellow corn bread mix (I used 1 box of Jiffy and mixed 1 egg and 1/3 cup evaporated milk)
 
I added 1/3 cup of sugar to this recipe
 

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour in a greased, two-quart baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
