2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika(optional)
Salt and pepper to taste FOR THE TOPPING
1 stick of butter, melted
2 c. of panko bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried cilantro
