Vegetable Beef Stew & French Toast PB&J 1

French Toast PBJ

A weird combination? Probably but it’s one of my favorites! I made a huge pot of Vegetable Beef Stew yesterday and today I enjoyed my stew with a PB&J Sandwich. If you ever have the opportunity to enjoy this strange combo please do and I promise you won’t be sorry you did. It is delicious!

Step 2:

Carefully dip 2 sandwiches in milk mixture, turning to coat. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 11 ⁄2  teaspoons canola oil to pan; swirl to coat. Place coated sandwiches in pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until toasted. Remove sandwiches from pan. Repeat procedure with remaining 2 sandwiches, milk mixture, and oil.
