After Super Bowl LVIII, controversial artist Kanye West allegedly tried to “buy a ticket right in front of (Swift’s) booth” so that TV cameras would show West instead of Swift.
However, Swift allegedly “made a call or two” and had West “kicked out of the stadium,” according to retired wide receiver Brandon Marshall, a six-time Pro Bowler. Marshall made these claims on a podcast. However, a West representative later told TMZ that none of that was real.
The two performers have a history together. In 2009, at the MTV Video Music Awards, Swift was giving her acceptance speech when West, memorably interrupted her to draw attention to Beyoncé.

Swift was giving her acceptance speech when West memorably interrupted her to draw attention to Beyoncé. There was a moment during the VMAs that will never be forgotten.
When Taylor Swift went to accept her award for Best Video by a Female Artist, Kanye West stormed the VMA stage and said, “I’ll let you continue, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time! Easily one of the greatest videos ever made.”
Watch the infamous moment below:
Brandon Marshall on his “Paper Route” podcast, appears he initially confused Swift, 34, for Katy Perry, who was not at the game.
US Weekly:
Marshall during his podcast said, “So Kanye West pulls up to the Super Bowl. Kanye West buys a ticket right in front of Katy Perry’s booth, so any time they are gonna be showing Katy Perry, Kanye’s face was going to be there — he had a mask on with his logo on the mask,” Marshall said before correcting himself and clarifying that he meant Swift, not Perry. “So Taylor Swift gets pissed off [and] she makes a call or two — everybody is involved — [and] he gets kicked out the stadium.”
As mentioned, a rep for Kanye West stated this did not happen.
