The late Garrison Brown, son of Kody and Janelle Brown, stars of Sister Wives, passed away. He was 25.

With the words, “Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown,” Janelle announced the tragedy on Instagram on Tuesday. For everyone who knew him, he was a source of happiness. We shall be left speechless at the void his loss has left in our lives. Please respect our privacy and join us in paying tribute to his memory.” Kody shared the same message on his personal Instagram page.

Garrison died at his Flagstaff, Arizona, home, where he had been residing since evacuating his parents during the COVID-19 outbreak, according to TMZ.
Garrison looked to have self-inflicted a gunshot wound, according to the Flagstaff Police Department, and was pronounced dead at the scene when investigators arrived at his residence.
Flagstaff Police said in a statement that Garrison died “as a result of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.”
According to TMZ, the authorities are looking into his death as a suicide and do not suspect foul play.
Since Sister Wives, a reality show that followed Kody’s polygamous lifestyle, debuted in 2010, Garrison has been a frequent presence. He and his father had a falling out in the past few years, as a result of Kody trying to force his father out of the family home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We are devastated to hear of the tragic loss of Garrison Brown,” a spokesperson for TLC said in a statement. “We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Brown family at this difficult time.”
