One of my very favorite places to get and try new recipes is Baking With Blondie I love love her recipes. She keeps me going back time and time again for more. Check this Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate recipe out. She got this recipe from another favorite of mine Cookies & Cups. I just get so excited when I see a fabulous recipe I must share it and I must try it. Fall is here and I’m so excited about searching for Fall recipes and holidays recipes I cannot wait to get started THIS.IS.MY.FAVORITE.TIME.OF.YEAR! I know I won’t keep saying it but just so you know I’m in a Autumn & Holiday recipe frenzy.

Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate ~

Ingredients:
2 1/2 C milk (I used skim)
1/3 C hot cocoa mix
1/4 C canned pumpkin (not canned pumpkin pie)
1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice (next time I’ll use just 1 teaspoon)
1/2 t vanilla
pinch of salt

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup hot cocoa mix (no marshmallows)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • whipped cream or marshmallows optional
