¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
1 egg + 1 egg white
1 tablespoon flour

 

brownie batter

1 cup flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup oil
¼ cup heavy cream or half & half
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1½ cups brown sugar
