Michael Strahan Gives Update on daughter Isabella; 'She has been hospitalized following chemotherapy'

As she continues to fight a brain tumor, Good Morning America anchor Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella, is back in the hospital for another issue.



Together with George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts, his primary co-hosts, Michael made an appearance on Wednesday’s episode of GMA.

“She had a fever that kind of comes and goes,” the former pro football player stated. “I had to take her to the hospital and thought she’d come home a few hours later…It’s been three days, but hopefully, she’ll be home today.”

“The last three days have been a little rough because she had a fever that kind of comes and goes,” he explained, adding that she had to be taken to the hospital. “She said, ‘I thought I’d be here for two hours’ … It’s been three days, but hopefully she’ll be home today.”

“It is tough to see her go through it, but I know she’s a tough young lady and she’s going to make it through,” Strahan continued.





One of the TV personality’s twin children, Isabella, 19, had emergency surgery in October 2023 after learning that she had a brain tumor.

Isabella documents her journey with motivational videos posted on her YouTube website.

Isabella was diagnosed with medulloblastoma last autumn after starting classes at USC, and she underwent emergency surgery to remove the tumor. not long after she started courses at USC last autumn.

During a tearful appearance on GMA in January, she expressed her excitement for the process to come to an end.
