For filling:
4 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For lemon curd:
6 lemons
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
For candied lemons:
2 small lemons
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup water
