
Well, that didn’t go accordingly! Kevin Costner scores a HUGE victory over child support with his ex Christine Baumgartner. Christine wanted $161,000, but she’s only getting $63,000.
That’s a huge reduction from the $129,000 she was currently receiving, according to TMZ.
That’s not all… The judge ordered Christine Baumgartner to pay Costner’s attorney fees.
Baumgartner will be required to pay the $14,237.50 worth of legal fees the Costner over the discussions regarding whether or not Baumgartner ‘understood the prenuptial agreement she signed before their wedding in 2004’, TMZ reported.
“You know, when you have a life that long with somebody, there is no winner…and it’s this big, crazy thing called life and how it unravels so quickly,” Costner told Fox News.
“One minute you feel like you’re on top of the world, and then you realize how, you know, how vulnerable you are.”
He said they would eventually work it out he did praise her as a mom.
“She’s an incredible mom,” he said. “We will figure it out and we’ll share. We just got to kind of convalesce right now.”
The couple married in 2004 and welcomed three children: sons Cayden, 16, and Hayes, 14, and 13-year-old daughter Grace.

Kevin and Christine’s prenup states that Christine would receive a $1.5 million payout should they divorce.
However, “If Christine, in any manner, challenges or assists in the challenge of the validity or enforceability of any provision of this Agreement, she shall lose any and all rights to receive any payment, Property or Interest from Kevin pursuant to this Agreement.”
Costner, 68, after the court proceedings told Access: ‘This is a horrible place to be but this is where we’re at. It feels so bad, we’re talking about somebody I love on the other side. I just can’t.’
