Blake Shelton totally did not expect Gwen Stefani was throwing him a surprise birthday party. Shelton celebrated his 45th birthday on Friday (June 18), and the party ended up being a pretty big party, bigger than expected.
Shelton begins to walk outside as he hears his friends and family yell, “Surprise!” Stefani is right behind them, and they stopped to share a hug.
A second video in the same Instagram post shows guests singing ‘happy birthday’ to Shelton.
