First Presidential Debate 2020: 66% Of Spanish-speaking Viewers Believe Trump Won

While many political analysts thought Tuesday night’s debate was a losing situation for both sides (they think only one side lost and we know that already) a Telemundo poll showed Latino voters thought President Trump won.

The poll from Telemundo’s post-debate coverage showed an overwhelming 66 percent of Latinos thought President Trump won the debate compared to 34 percent for Joe Biden.

According to a poll conducted on Twitter, over 66% of Spanish speakers voted for the Republican incumbent, while 34% said they supported the Democratic challenger.

The number of Latino voters registered and likely to vote has increased in large states and crucial swing states, such as Florida, Michigan, and Ohio, The Guardian reported.
