Black Tie Mouse Cake
Layer 1: Chocolate Genoise Cake (Crust)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large (or extra large) eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup dutch baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup flour
Layer 2: NO BAKE Chocolate Cheesecake
- 8 oz cream cheese (may use 1/3 less fat)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup dutch baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Layer 3: NO BAKE Cheesecake
- 8 oz cream cheese (may use 1/3 less fat)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Layer 4: Dark Chocolate/White Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 10-12oz (1 bag) dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- Nestle mini chocolate chips
