Spicy, sweet, sticky seared pork chops done in less than 30 minutes. These pork chops are so delicious! They’ll be on your must-make list.
INGREDIENTS
4 pork chops (I prefer boneless, but bone-in is fine too)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
fresh thyme
2 tablespoons butter
FOR THE GLAZE
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha (depending on the spicy level you prefer)
2 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the pork chops and sear both sides until golden brown then continue cooling on medium heat until done.
Prepare the glaze. Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl and place in the pork chops continue cooking over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve the pork chops with the glaze.
