1/2 (8 oz) bar cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1/2 cup chopped cherry (or whatever you have) tomatoes
2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 Italian sausage links, casings removed
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
