1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. unsalted butter, melted

For the filling
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. ground ginger
pinch of ground cloves
1/4 t. salt
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin puree
1/3 c. half and half
