1 to 2 lbs ground beef
4 to 5 stalks celery diced
1 yellow onion diced
2 large cans Ranch Style Beans or 3 small cans
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp tomato paste
½ to 1 cup of water
Salt, pepper, garlic, pinch of chili powder, and a pinch of Italian seasoning
Brown ground beef with seasonings, celery and onions transfer to a large soup pan add all other ingredients simmer for about 1 hour.
I served this with corn nuggets which came frozen from the grocery store. This Goulash is so satisfying you can’t go wrong with this dish.
