Maple Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

For the Dough:
  • 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • about 3 cups of flour, divided
  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1¼ teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
For the Filling:
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small sections
For the Glaze:
  • 1½cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
