Maple Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

For the Dough:
- 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
- ¼ cup warm water
- about 3 cups of flour, divided
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1¼ teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
For the Filling:
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small sections
For the Glaze:
- 1½cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
