Hand Feeding Humming Birds

Did you know you can hand feed a humming bird?

Ever hand fed a humming bird? You can do it. Put some of the red nectar in your hand (or put the sugar/water nectar in a red solo cup you’ve cut the bottom out of, or a red lid from peanut butter). Be very still and patient the first time. After they have eaten from your hand the first time, they will readily do it again.
