Pork Tenderloin is my favorite of all the meats. This cut of meat is lean and versatile you can do whatever with whatever flavors you desire. I wrap it with Bacon, stuff it with cream cheese, jalapenos or herbs and tomatoes, etc. I bake it, throw it in the slow cooker, smoke it or grill it. I sometimes shred it and make tacos, roast it with veggies, or dice it for Mexican stews. Don’t be surprised if I share at least one pork tenderloin recipe every week.
