In June 2015, Donald Trump announced his presidential campaign.
According to an email from Marissa Astor, Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook’s assistant, to Clinton campaign chair John Podesta, the campaign knew Trump was going to run, and pushed his legitimacy as a candidate. WikiLeaks’ release shows that it was seen as in Clinton’s best interest to run against Trump in the general election. The memo, sent to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) also reveals the DNC and Clinton campaign were strategizing on behalf of their candidate at the very beginning of the primaries. “We think our goals mirror those of the DNC,” stated the memo, attached to the email under the title “muddying the waters.”
The memo named Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz, and Ben Carson as wanted candidates. “We need to be elevating the Pied Piper candidates so that they are leaders of the pack and tell the press to them seriously,” the memo noted. Search the entire collection of the Podesta emails
What is a “Pied Piper?” The legend dates back to the Middle Ages, the earliest references describing a piper, dressed in multicolored (“pied“) clothing, who was a rat-catcher hired by the town to lure rats away with his magic pipe. When the citizens refuse to pay for this service, he retaliates by using his instrument’s magical power on their children, leading them away as he had the rats. Source
This entire election is more of a selection than an election. It’s been calculated from day one by the news media, the DNC, and the Clinton Campaign. This is clearly suggested in a series of tweets made by WikiLeaks.
The DNC along with the Clinton Campaign knowing supporters did not like Clinton and distrusted her consolidated people behind Bernie Sanders in order to consolidate them toward Clinton. They knew the entire time that Clinton would be the nominee. Bernie Sanders was just a stooge. I feel sure poor old Bernie knew it and if not he knows it now. The real losers are the millions that donated money and supporter Bernie Sanders.
Donald Trump was heavily covered by the news media in the beginning propelling him into a populist candidate. The Clinton campaign would then label Trump as dangerous and then demonized him. The media, heavily involved in this entire scheme for Clinton has for some time now only covered Trump in a negative narrative.
I’ve lived and breathed every moment of this election, looking back now it’s a play by play playbook of the Podesta email exchanges. I find myself wondering were people nothing more than stooges for Bernie or rats for Trump? Have we all been played? Has it been fixed from the very beginning? I certainly hope not! The real question; Will Americans be peasants or patriots?
